  1. Affirm your goals for the year.
  2. Answer 5 emails.
  3. Appreciate what you have!
  4. Ask your self, What else can you do in 2 minutes or less?
  5. Breath and enjoy Peace.
  6. Brush your teeth.
  7. Check the mail and throw out junk letters.
  8. Check the news *(Not first thing in the morning or last thing at night).
  9. Check the next two weeks of your calendar to spot land mines.
  10. Clean one of more of the items from your Next Action list.
  11. Clean out your open browser tabs or bookmarks.
  12. Clean the screen of your devices.
  13. Clean your desk to continue working.
  14. Clean your glasses.
  15. Close your eyes, relax and try to clean your mind.
  16. Complete 10 jumping jacks.
  17. Create a grocery list and add to it when needed.
  18. Delete 5 junk emails.
  19. Do a mind dump.
  20. Drink a glass of water to replenish yourself.

  22. Enjoy 2 minutes of silence *(Yes, even just 2 minutes helps).

  27. Listen to a Power Song on your phone.
